Ask within seven days of paying, from the address you paid with — refunds@warrantwire.com or 702-544-2002. We ask one thing back: tell us what was wrong. Please write to us before you call your bank. A chargeback costs everyone a fee and teaches nobody anything; an email gets you the same money faster, and tells us what to fix.
Wise Sleuth is built and run by Mark Nejmeh through Jersey Shore Const LLC, 377 Valley Rd, Clifton, New Jersey 07013 — realroofers@gmail.com, 702-544-2002. That is the name on your card statement's other end and the name that answers the telephone.
A sleuth's reading of your situation, for the fee you named and a sleuth accepted; a seat at a club event; the shirt. A gig is paid up front by card and held until the work is delivered; ask before then and it is simply returned.
What a sleuth writes is one named person's opinion of what the record shows. It is not legal, financial, medical or investment advice and never claims to be. Always remote, all digital. Nobody is anonymous, on either side; everyone is reviewed, 140 characters, as written. All minds have value.
Cards go through Stripe. Stripe's page takes the card; we never see or store your card number. Your statement reads TS WISESLEUTH. Bank payments go through achplug.com, our own ACH software: you approve once, your bank sends it, no card company in the middle. Nothing is charged without your press.
We keep what a sale needs: your name, your email, what you bought, when, and what it cost. Where a site asks for more — a telephone, a town, a picture — the page says why before you type it. Nothing about you is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser. Every email we send has a way to stop it.
Write first. We answer within a working day, usually sooner. If we cannot agree, the law of New Jersey applies and the courts of Passaic County are the place; but in years of this we have never needed them, because the refund above solves almost everything.
When these words change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a promise you bought under.
